Assupol wins CFI Best Life Assurer Southern Africa for the third consecutive year 30 - 05 - 2017

The judges’ comments amongst others are as follows: “Assupol, amongst other things, leverage its network of branches and agents put a human face and apply a human touch to its services. Policy holders do not need to navigate complicated phone routines. They can address their concerns at local offices. Maintaining close proximity with clients and keeping policyholders abreast of developments are key to Assupol’s enduring success. To that end, the company deployed four mobile offices that travel the country and offer assistance in areas not yet fully covered by their network of more than seventy branches.”

The judges saw Assupol fit to win this award again this year because of the “continued dedication to operational excellence”.
